To all VVV Clients
We hope you are all safe and well.
With COVID-19 restrictions easing we are allowing clients back into the clinic for appointments.
As we have a limit to the number of people in the waiting room please call on arrival or come to a table if free and press the buzzer. Please sanitise on entry and wear a face mask once invited in. Where possible please keep the number of family members to a minimum, however this is negotiable for difficult consults.
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC UNTIL DIRECTED BY STAFF.
Altered clinic consulting hours during COVID restrictions are:
Operations admissions Monday to Friday 8am-9am (nurse only), often at the outside tables or inside by invitation. Groom admissions will still be performed at the outside tables.
Some food and drug collections will still be performed at the outside table. Please call prior to ensure your order is ready (ideally 24 hours notice), then notify staff of your arrival by calling or pressing the buzzer on the table if table is free. We thank you in advance for your patience through the constant changes with COVID, and for embracing the “new-normal”.
Kind regards, Hugh, Karin, Nicole H, Nicole G, Nat, Nadine, Steph, Ange, Jen and Caty from Vermont Value Vet
Vermont Value Vet is a modern purpose built Veterinary Hospital located in the suburb of Vermont, 24 km east of Melbourne CBD.
The aim of the practice is to provide affordable premium pet health care.
We do this by having a facility that has modern up-to-date equipment, run by experienced staff who endeavour to keep costs as reasonable as possible. We have a policy at the practice of only employing experienced vets, which means your pet will get the best possible care in the unfortunate event of getting ill.
We know your four-legged friend is the most important member of the family, and we are there to provide you the most up-to-date veterinary health care that is available for them.
We offer a comprehensive veterinary service for your pets, from routine consultations including preventative health care, through to routine and more complex surgical procedures. While most problems encountered can be appropriately treated at the hospital, we also have access to the best veterinary specialists in Melbourne, should your pet need specialist referral.
Our policy is to always provide you with all treatment options available, and assist you in making choices that best suit your pet’s needs as well as your financial considerations.
